In many applications, the sealing gap is too large for a static sealing element or the seal must be able to be activated (adjoining) or deactivated when opening or closing door or sliding elements. Activatable seals are also used to generate pressure, for example to press two objects together. Lifting or holding functions are some of the tasks of our inflatable seals.
Implementations

Ring seal
Depending on the installation situation, seals will be axial, radial-inner or radial-outer sealing. To ensure that the profile functions optimally, it is important to take minimum radii into account. These minimum radii are directly dependent on the selected profile. Endless seals have a vulcanization point. These joints have almost identical chemical and thermal properties to those of the profile.

Valve lock and positioning
Valves are fitted in the profile bottom for expansion seals. In the case of unfolding seals, the valve can be fitted in the profile bottom or on the side. The valve is secured mechanically or by additionally attaching a cone to stabilize the valve.

Seals with end plugs
Seals with end plugs are not endless, i.e., the seals each have end pieces which are fitted with an elastomer plug. It is possible to manufacture an end piece in a retracted or extended state.
