eCOREseal® seals are equipped with RFID tags that enable lifecycle tracking, wireless inventory management, and predictive maintenance.
Additional information such as:
- Manufacturing date and time
- Physical dimensions
- Color, composition
- Valve information
- Service technician’s name
- etc.
These and other data are securely stored in the eCOREseal® cloud service and can be conveniently accessed by the seal owner via the eCOREseal® validation portal.
Advanced anti-counterfeiting system
Unlike conventional anti-counterfeiting systems that rely on the difficulty of forging a holographic sticker or distinguishing the product, eCOREseal® seals are tightly linked to the data stored in the eCOREseal® cloud service, ensuring that even tag manipulation or re-embedding of the tag does not affect the cloud data regarding the actual recipient of the seal.
Reading the information
Read the reference number and serial number from the seal using an RFID Gen2 scanner, or obtain this information from the shipping documents. Alternatively, you can use the electronic product code of the seal in raw format (hexadecimal) (barcode).
